Quick quick visit. Bistro .. not restaurant. They take orders for unique first courses per table (this is what they told us). We would have liked to try two first courses but we went for the classic carbonara, excellent and plentiful! It's a shame that the service with the pot on the table resembles a terrible village tavern rather than a bistro... however... it's fashionable, never mind. But since I like substance, the result is what counts. For the wait they offered us croutons (be careful, they are very salty) and a tasting platter, which was very welcome. Many other interesting things to try again! Not very low prices 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don't doubt the kindness of the staff and the quality of the products... However, you have to carefully read the menu... and the costs... Now with the trend of the QR code it can happen that while talking at the table you might miss something and then find yourself spend €43 for an aperitif! The girl offered us "2 bruschettine and 2 frittini" Translated...€9 for bruschetta, €20 for fried food (2 supplì, 4 fried mozzarella with truffles, 4 ascoli) French fries, €10 for wine and 4 covers. We went to eat late and sat outside since the weather permitted. The atmosphere was very lively with other people also talking in the other nearby restaurants but it wasn't a problem because they were far enough away to act as background music. We were immediately greeted by a young lady who took our orders and answered all my questions regarding the menu. The order arrived quickly and everything was very good and fresh. In my opinion the price was right for two, we spent 50 for a large mixed platter, large bruschetta with super fillings and drinks. We were very satisfied. I highly recommend.

Today a friend of mine and I wanted to have a hot chocolate (it was 5.15pm) and the bartender told us that it wasn't time for hot chocolates. I can't rate the quality of the chocolate because, as you may have understood, they didn't give me the opportunity to taste it, but above all I didn't know that there was a timetable for hot chocolates. The same thing happened to me last summer for a spritz at 5pm and I was told that it wasn't time for the aperitif, maybe it was the time for the chocolates? Please be careful with the 6pm tea, it may not be served at 5.30pm.

Top aperitif in L'Aquila. Very very nice place, wonderful staff and maximum courtesy. Pampering and professionalism. Truly recommended. Try the cutting board, super stocked and high quality. The grilled vegetables are excellent. The opening prosecco is very good with the bubbles as protagonists. Come on, try and confirm my feelings.
